Having fun together as a couple is essential to an awesome marriage. It’s another thing that we can’t let the daily routines of life take from us. Think about things that you have done as a couple that you really had fun doing together.
Today, purposely have fun together as a couple!

3 Rounds Each:
P1 – 10 Calorie Air Assault
P2 – Wall Walk (reps)
P3 – Russian Twist (reps)
P4 – Wall Ball (reps)
* Air Bike is the Time Keeper. When finished with 10 calories, relieve and resume reps for wall walk. Wall walk relieves and resumes reps for Russian twist. Russian twist relieves and resumes reps for wall ball. wall ball completes 10 cal air bike as quickly as possible.
WOD finishes when all teammates have biked three times.
Communicate as a team the reps for each movement and combine for total reps at the end.
