CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing.
What You Can Expect
At CrossFit Undeniable, every workout you do will be led by a professional coach and comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life and sports. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities. Our program aims to improve your work capacity in 10 recognized fitness domains:
- Cardio-Respiratory Endurance
Our programming is constantly varied so that you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year, meaning you won’t get bored when you train with us. We program all of our workouts so that they are scaled to any level of fitness, ensuring they are challenging and rewarding yet still manageable for every one of our members. Our workouts are rarely longer than 50 minutes and are scheduled throughout the day, allowing them to fit into even the busiest of schedules.
