Through the fundamentals program, we provide those new to CrossFit with a comprehensive step-by-step approach to all of the necessary functional movements, gradually introduce CrossFit workouts, and teach how to properly eat and recover for maximum fitness gains. After completing the program, new members are eligible to join all of our membership options.
