UBC is designed to improve ones weightlifting positions. Whether you are a veteran lifter hitting numbers well over your bodyweight or just starting out. Better positions always carry over to better lifts. Regular CrossFit classes aren’t able to break down the snatch or clean and jerk on a regular basis and that may make it difficult to grow beyond the basic concept of what the these moments are. Here we spend the whole hour learning, reviewing, practicing and refining good motor patterns. We limit our Barbell Basics classes to six athletes per one hour class. We hold one class per week for five weeks.
