Body composition change (lose fat/gain muscle), fitness, and health are 20% exercise, 80% nutrtition. Do you put water in your car’s gas tank? Of course not! Your car needs gasoline to run (or electricity for you Boulder residents). What does your body run on? Is high carb, low fat best? Should I eat all steak and bacon? Food can be extremely confusing, but fear not! Below is a list of foods. They are separated into preffered, beneficial foods, and those foods that are always in your face and go straight to your hips and arteries. Print this out. Put it in your cabinet or pantry. Use this as a shopping list. As the preffered foods get added into your daily routine, they will begin to crowd out the poisonous foods. OK, they aren’t poisonous, but they might as well be!
