We’ve hinted at some exciting developments around CrossFit Undeniable for the past several months. You’ve seen a new website and heard about our impending move to a new building in April 2018. Today, I’d like to share a bit more about the new space and one final major announcement – some new faces joining the CrossFit Undeniable team.
For the last five years, Karly and I have worked hard to bring you the best CrossFit experience Colorado has to offer. It has been fun as well as challenging, but well worth it! We’ve been blessed with many new friendships and have a ton of amazing memories during that time. We are very proud of the work we’ve done and the community Undeniable has become.
After much thought and prayer, we realized that we would need to change our approach for CrossFit Undeniable to thrive for the next five years and beyond. There are so many ideas we would love to pursue including regular CrossFit kids classes, bigger events, more classes, and community involvement. In order to pursue all of those ideas and grow our community, we realized we would need a helping hand.
We are very proud to announce Marissa Palmer and Jeremey DuVall are joining us as part owners of CrossFit Undeniable!
Undoubtedly, Marissa has coached a group class you have attended. She’s been such an amazing part of our community for the past two plus years. When coaching, it’s clear that she develops such a strong bond with all of our athletes, and she truly wants to see everyone succeed. She has also been an instrumental part of building our CrossFit Kids classes from the ground up. We’re excited to have her passion, drive, and creativity around CrossFit Undeniable!
You probably know Jeremey from one of our group classes (he’s usually the guy giving out high fives) or from the charity event we’ve done the past few years for Drink for Pink. What you may not know is that he has a background in fitness with degrees in exercise science and prior experience running a personal training department. He has been helping with various back-end items around Undeniable since December. While he won’t be coaching classes, he’ll be working on our marketing and back-end processes and tasks to make sure the whole ship sails smoothly!
With their help, we’ll be able to improve the member experience and grow the CrossFit Undeniable community even further!
With Marissa and Jeremey joining as co-owners of CrossFit Undeniable, you might notice Karly taking a small step back in her involvement of the day-to-day running of the gym. Don’t worry – she’ll still be around taking group classes, leading CrossFit Endurance, and more! With this big transition, I’d be remiss not to mention the dedication and energy Karly has poured into the CrossFit Undeniable community over the past five years. It’s no exaggeration to say that the community wouldn’t be where it’s at without her. She has been a main reason Undeniable has succeeded. Thank you, Karly, for everything you have done!
As you’ve seen or probably heard, CrossFit Undeniable is moving! Don’t worry – we’re not moving far from our current location. We’re moving east on 92nd Ave about one mile. If you’re familiar with the area, we’ll be near the Denver School of Massage Therapy and Kokopelli Beer Company. We’ll also be right next to the new Westminster Mall!
We’re really excited about the new space. It will give us the space to do larger events and more workshops. We’ll also be able to separate out a specific lifting space for Barbell Club and one-on-one training.
We’re going to start moving into the new space in April 2018. Be on the look out for more about the new space (including pics!) coming soon!
I also wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your support over the past five years. It’s been an exciting ride! Marissa, Jeremey, and I are excited for the next five years and beyond with this amazing community.
Oh! To commemorate the changes, we decided to take some goofy photos 😉
