In teams of 5 Complete as many reps at each station for 25 Minutes:
Station 1 – KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull (53/35#)
Station 2 – Jumping Lunges
Station 3 – Plate Burpee
Station 4 – Crescent Moon Run
Station 5 – Rest
Rotate when runner returns and tags in the person resting. Keep track of each stations reps!
