Our goal at CrossFit Undeniable is to help our members thrive into their 90’s and beyond. In doing that, we try to deliver an awesome member experience each day, which extends to the coaching on the floor to the nuts and bolts of how we run the business (treating everyone fairly, no super-involved contracts, etc.).
We’ve had a Policies page on our website for some time. As we head into 2020, we wanted to give everyone the opportunity to review that page. We’re also making two notable updates we expand on below.
Please check out our Policies page here if you haven’t already. It should be things you’re already familiar with. If you have any questions, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll be happy to chat.
Here are two updates you’ll want to be aware of headed into 2020.
Saturdays will be counting towards attendance starting February 1st.
Since CrossFit Undeniable opened, Saturdays have always been free. Anyone and everyone was welcome to attend. If you were on a 3 day/week membership, Saturdays didn’t count towards your attendance. This worked incredibly well and led to some amazingly fun Saturday groups.
Eventually, we started to encounter class sizes of 25-30+, which increases the complexity for the coach and occasionally forces us to adapt the workout a bit due to equipment constraints. To counteract this, we began running two Saturday classes, but we’re still seeing 20-25+ in each class (which is amazing by the way).
Starting February 1st, Saturday classes will no longer be free (they will count towards membership attendance limits). Ultimately, we want to make sure our paying members get the experience they deserve, which includes quality coaching and equipment.
A few notes:
- What if I have a friend in town? If it’s their first time trying CrossFit Undeniable, they’re welcome to drop in for a free workout. We extend that to everyone! If they’re joining Saturday classes regularly, we’ll ask that they purchase a drop-in or a punch card (see below).
- What about “special” workouts? Murph, our Thanksgiving WOD, etc will remain free. Bring anyone and everyone you want!
- What if I’m on a 3 day/week membership and occasionally attend a Saturday? If you attend a fourth class every few months for whatever reason, that’s not a problem. However, if you’re attending four classes per week most of the time, let’s chat about bumping you up to Unlimited. It’s still a heck of a deal.
Referrals still get a heck of a deal.
Our best ambassadors are you all – the members that make up our awesome community. You’re in the gym day after day building strength, crushing PRs, improving your endurance, and just getting a bit tougher overall. We see that, and we bet your friends and family do as well.
We also want to thank you if you do happen to refer a friend. If you refer someone that signs up at CrossFit Undeniable, we’ll give you half off your next month. Simple as that!
We have a page here that outlines the details and answers some common questions (i.e. what if I refer two people?!).
