With Partner For Time:
100-80-60-40-20 reps of:
- Double Unders
- Sit Ups
*30 Power Snatches after each round
- One person working at a time.
- Break up repetitions as you see fit.
- Use one barbell with average weight. (ex. M-75/F-55 = 65lbs bar for the team.)
