Challenge 3 left the legs feeling a bit wobbly. Luckily, Challenge 4 won’t leave you feeling sore, more just full.
- Task: Make a recipe that involves at least one vegetable and share a photo of your creation.

- Challenge End: 8PM Mountain Time on Sunday, April 5
We’re giving you extra time on this one in case you need to pick up extra supplies! This doesn’t have to be fancy or beautiful. We’ve all seen the creations culinary wizards post on Instagram. We’re not trying to measure up! Just make sure it’s homemade and includes a vegetable.
Here’s a reminder on some challenge details:
- You’ll have
4872+ hours to complete each challenge.
- You’ll complete the challenge by doing the task listed and then posting a photo of yourself and tagging @crossfitundeniable and using hashtag #UndeniableAnywhere on either Instagram or Facebook.
- One participant will receive a $25 gift card to a local restaurant or coffee shop.
