In Challenge 2, we headed out on a buddy walk for two miles. We’ll cover less distance in Challenge 5, but the goal is to go fast! Maybe you can convince the same buddy to go with you?!
- Task: “Run” 1 mile for time
- Challenge Start: Now! (Monday, April 6)
- Challenge End: Wednesday, April 8 at 12PM
Can’t run? No problem! Just go for a brisk walk. The point is to cover one mile as quickly as possible.
Here’s a reminder on some challenge details:
- You’ll have 48 hours to complete each challenge.
- You’ll complete the challenge by doing the task listed and then posting a photo of yourself and tagging @crossfitundeniable and using hashtag #UndeniableAnywhere on either Instagram or Facebook.
- One participant will receive a $25 gift card to a local restaurant or coffee shop.
