- Task: Track a day of food and share what you learn
- Challenge Start: Now! (Thursday, April 9)
- Challenge End: Saturday, April 11 at 11PM
Basically, track your food either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday! You can use any app you like, but MyFitnessPal is one of the most popular on the market and completely free.

Here’s a reminder on some challenge details:
- You’ll have 48+ hours to complete each challenge.
- You’ll complete the challenge by doing the task listed and then posting a photo of yourself and tagging @crossfitundeniable and using hashtag #UndeniableAnywhere on either Instagram or Facebook.
- One participant will receive a $25 gift card to a local restaurant or coffee shop.
