How’s the chest feeling after Challenge 7?! 😂 Don’t worry—Challenge 8 is all about the lower body.
- Task: Tabata Bodyweight Squats
- Challenge Start: Now! (Thursday, April 16)
- Challenge End: Saturday, April 18 at 11PM
“Tabata” is a technique of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. During the 20 seconds of work, you’ll get in as many squats as possible. Then, rest for 10 seconds and repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes total).
If you’d like an added challenge, hold the bottom of a squat during your 10 seconds of rest!
Here’s a reminder on some challenge details:
- You’ll have 48+ hours to complete each challenge.
- You’ll complete the challenge by doing the task listed and then posting a photo of yourself, tagging @crossfitundeniable and using hashtag #UndeniableAnywhere on either Instagram or Facebook.
- One participant will receive a $25 gift card to a local restaurant or coffee shop.
