We officially re-opened CrossFit Undeniable on Wednesday, June 10th. It’s been AMAZING to see everyone in the gym crushing workouts over the past three weeks.
Early last week, we put out a call via Facebook and email to get some feedback on the re-opening and what our community would like to see next. A big thank you to everyone that took the time to send us their thoughts!
We’re making two changes to the schedule starting Monday, July 6th given the feedback we received and how classes have run thus far—re-adding the 8AM class and expanding class caps.
Introducing 8am Classes on Tuesday/Thursday
Since re-opening, we’ve run classes at 5AM, 6AM, and 7AM each day during the week. The 5AM class is definitely useful for folks with limited schedules due to work. But, Tuesdays and Thursdays, in particular, have had lower class numbers at 5AM whereas 7AM is consistently maxed out.
With that in mind, we’re going to keep the 5AM, 6AM, and 7AM schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, on Tuesday and Thursday, we’ll move to a 6AM, 7AM, and 8AM.
The full schedule is live in Triib here. Check it out and start booking in for classes! We’ll keep this schedule through the end of July and re-evaluate based on feedback and class attendance then.
Expanding Class Caps to 10 Athletes
Since re-opening, we’ve run classes with a cap of 8 athletes with each athlete occupying a specific spot in the facility to ensure 6 ft social distancing. A big thank you to all of our athletes and coaches for helping us make this work!
Starting July 6th, we’ll be expanding class caps to 10 participants. Everyone will still have their own designated rack and lifting area. We’ll have 8 athletes in the main space and 2 additional spots in the accessory area. Hopefully, this will provide some additional opportunities for athletes to attend classes during peak times!
Looking Ahead to August
We’re excited to make these changes headed into July and looking to see Undeniable athletes continue to throw down in the gym. Looking ahead to August, we are looking to potentially return CrossFit Kids to the schedule presuming July runs smoothly. Also, hopefully we can put together some type of social event outside the gym!
With that being said, we welcome any and all feedback. Please feel free to send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org with things that are going well and/or things you’d like to see improved!
