Founded in 2012, CrossFit Undeniable is a community with a simple mission:
Our mission is to build a community of healthy, happy individuals through fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.
That focus runs through every part of the gym from the coaches to the programming to community events and more.
We use a CrossFit-style approach to training – utilizing “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement” – but that’s just the start. We’re committed to helping our members thrive, and as a result, our coaching extends far beyond just movement.
There are three pillars that form the foundation of our approach:
Nutrition
Nutrition is the foundation. More often than not, the food you eat determines whether or not you accomplish your goals.
We start with the basic CrossFit nutrition approach and build from there:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
Movement
We base our approach on functional, full-body movements. We want you running, jumping, squatting, etc pain-free.
Our coaches will work with you to find the appropriate progression that meets your fitness level today. Then, we’ll set up a plan to help you get where you want to go.
Lifestyle
There are dozens of factors that play a part in your health including stress, sleep, relationships, and much more.
We put on regular workshops for our members touching on those other aspects of health and write free articles each week on topics like how to get better sleep, how to de-stress, and much more.
Simply put, we’re invested in your health and happiness (all of it – not just the food and exercise part)!
