Founded in 2012, CrossFit Undeniable is a community with a simple mission:
Our mission is to build a community of healthy, happy individuals that can thrive into their 90’s and beyond.
That focus runs through every part of the gym from the coaches to the programming to community events and more.
We use a CrossFit-style approach to training – utilizing “constantly varied high-intensity functional movement” – but that’s just the start. We’re committed to helping our members thrive, and as a result, our coaching extends far beyond just movement.
There are three pillars that form the foundation of our approach:
Nutrition is the foundation. More often than not, the food you eat determines whether or not you accomplish your goals.
We start with the basic CrossFit nutrition approach and build from there:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
We base our approach on functional, full-body movements. We want you running, jumping, squatting, etc pain-free.
Our coaches will work with you to find the appropriate progression that meets your fitness level today. Then, we’ll set up a plan to help you get where you want to go.
There are dozens of factors that play a part in your health including stress, sleep, relationships, and much more.
Simply put, we’re invested in your health and happiness (all of it – not just the food and exercise part)!
