CrossFit Undeniable is a 4,500 square-foot strength and conditioning facility located in Westminster, Colorado. As a fully equipped and expertly staffed CrossFit gym (referred to as a”box”) we provide group and individual coaching utilizing CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (running, jumping, throwing, pushing pulling, squatting, lifting) executed at high intensity. All of our training is conducted in a professional environment led and assisted by a knowledgeable coaching staff, among a supportive and diverse community.
Main Space
We conduct all of our group classes in our main, large area complete with a pull-up rig on either side of the room. We have enough barbells and space to comfortably run classes up to 15 athletes in size.
Open Gym
We have a dedicated space for open gym complete with squat racks, GHDs, rowers, and Assault bikes. This space is available to members anytime we have a group class going on.
