Hey all, I’m Todd, and when I am not at CFU, I am molding the young minds of the next generation… scary thought, I know. I am a middle school P.E. teacher and Strength and Conditioning coach at a local middle and high school. I am Married to my wife Heather, who you will undoubtedly also see at CFU quite regularly. When I am not coaching on Saturdays we typically hit up the 4:30 or 5:30 evening classes. I found CrossFit, and actually started trying the workouts about three years ago, and they killed me… so naturally I thought, “I should do more of this.” We were living in Westminster at the time and that is how we came across CFU. The community was welcoming, the coaches were knowledgeable and safe, so we stuck around.
Certifications include: CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, and CrossFit Football
I had many different exercise regimens before finding Crossfit and nothing was giving me the results I wanted, I finally decided to give it a shot in 2012 and was hooked. I became mentally and physically stronger! I have since been in many team and individual competitions. The more involved I become as an athlete the more I want I want to share my passion with others by coaching.
