Alongside our traditional group-style CrossFit classes, we offer a Bootcamp class that runs three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30AM to 10:30AM. Compared to our CrossFit classes, our Bootcamp classes are a bit more approachable for anyone that has limited experience with Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean and jerk. Bootcamp workouts are typically longer with lighter weights and more bodyweight movements.
A normal Bootcamp class would run like this:
- Warm-up: 5-10 minutes
- Workout prep: 5 minutes
- Workout: 30 minutes
- Finisher: 5 minutes
- Cool-down: 5-10 minutes
Our Bootcamp classes are available to any member that purchases either our three-day a week or unlimited group memberships.
