We have a few gems including everyone’s favorite—thrusters! We’re also going to utilize tempo quite a bit within strength portions. Even if you only have a light set of dumbbells, slowing down the tempo can make a movement exceptionally challenging. We’ll also be releasing #UndeniableAnywhere Challenges 5 and 6 (along with announcing the winners of 3 and 4).
This upcoming Friday, the second “Support Your Local Box” Fundraiser workout will be announced through CrossFit.com. Once the workout is released, we’ll program it for Saturday. The fundraiser open is free to register, and you can choose to make a donation during the registration if you’d like. All donations go directly to CrossFit Undeniable! You can register at any point over the next three weeks.
