It’s been nearly a week since CrossFit Undeniable was forced to temporarily close due to COVID-19. However, that hasn’t stopped any members of our community! Our private member Facebook group is overflowing with pictures of Undeniable athletes getting after it where they are with what they have available. It’s amazing to see!
This week, we’ll continue to share daily home workouts that can be completed with a dumbbell, kettlebell, weighted backpack, or single weight plate. If you’re a member, you’ll also get workout intros each morning in the member group (join here!). For our members that have access to more extensive equipment, you’ll also find our traditional programming (what we would do in the gym) in Triib.
Alongside those workouts, look forward to:
- Monday, March 23: Facebook Live with Zach and Jeremey
- Tuesday, March 24: Start of our first #UndeniableAnywhere challenge
- Thursday, March 26: Virtual learnup on nutrition from Becks and start of our second #UndeniableAnywhere challenge
- Saturday, March 28: We had previously planned an in-person member social at Frolic Brewing. Instead, we’ll be putting together a virtual social through Zoom (BYOB style!).
