60-50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Wall Ball Shots, 20/14
Box Jumps, 24/20
American Kettlebell Swings, 53/35
*1 Partner Works, While 1 Partner Rests
In teams of four for max reps and resting 1 minute between stations:
Station 1 – 4 minute AMRAP of Double KB or DB Deadlift (Athlete Choice, AHAP). Everytime you break 3 Burpees.
Station 2 – 4 minute AMRAP of Rope Climbs or Strict Pull-Up. Every time you break 2 Burpees.
Station 3 – 4 minute AMRAP of Double Unders. Every time you break (or miss!) 1 Burpees.
Station 4 – 4 minute AMRAP of Cal Bike.
