The best way to encourage your kids to lead a healthy, active lifestyle is to get them started early and teach them the basics behind fitness and nutrition.
Our CrossFit Kids program combines many of the same fundamental movements we teach in our traditional CrossFit classes with a fun, playful environment. Our goal is to teach kids the basics of movement and eating healthy with a series of games and workouts. Over the course of 45 minutes, they’ll learn a ton while getting in a great workout complete with tons of laughs.
We run CrossFit Kids classes each week on Monday and Wednesday from 3:30PM to 4:15PM. We don’t run any other classes during that time so you can expect your kids to have full run of the place! Parents are also welcome to stay and watch the class.
