New to CrossFit
If you haven’t been doing CrossFit consistently for the past six months, here’s our plan to get you started on the right foot at CrossFit Undeniable.
Step 1. Schedule free intro session.
You’ll sit down one-on-one with a coach so we can learn more about what you’re after and you can learn more about what we offer.
Step 2. Start Fundamentals.
Fundamentals is an introduction to CrossFit over the course of four, hour-long personal training sessions schedule around your availability.
Step 3. Start training.
You’re ready to join our group classes! Don’t worry – you’ll still receive expert coaching while also benefiting from our amazing community.
Have CrossFit Experience?
If you have been doing CrossFit for the past six months consistently, we would love to have you check out our community. You have two main options.
Option 1. Book a free intro.
If you would like to meet a coach one-on-one to discuss what we have to offer, you can book a session using the button below.
You can expect a 30-40 minute session including a short workout and movement assessment. We’ll spend the remaining time focused on your goals and how we can help.
Option 2. Try a free class.
You’re welcome to drop in to a free class during the week to give our community a try. You can schedule a free class using the link below.
For the free class, try to arrive about 15 minutes ahead of time so you can meet our coach and see our facility. Also, let us know if you have any nagging injuries we should know about.
