Through our fundamentals program, we provide those new to CrossFit with a comprehensive step-by-step approach to all of the necessary functional movements, gradually introduce CrossFit workouts, and teach how to properly eat and recover for maximum fitness gains.
After completing the program, new members are eligible to join all of our membership options. If you haven’t done CrossFit before (or you’ve taken a bit of time off), our fundamentals program is the best way to get started! Regardless of which option you choose, we would love to have you visit our free Saturday class (9AM) or try out one of our weekly classes for free. Use the “Try a free class” form to select a class and sign up!
Group fundamentals course
We run a group fundamentals course on Tuesday and Thursday at 7AM Or 7:30PM and Saturday at 10AM. The course starts on the first Tuesday of the month and runs for two weeks (six classes in total). Over that time, you’ll master basic CrossFit movements and leave prepared to join our traditional group courses. The cost is $150 for all six classes.
Private fundamentals course
Private fundamentals is the best way to get started at CrossFit Undeniable. It’s more comprehensive than our group fundamentals course and tailored to your specific needs and schedule.
Whereas our Group Fundamentals is six sessions long, our Private Fundamentals course is 10 sessions. You’ll work one-on-one with one of our coaches to learn the fundamentals behind CrossFit, nutrition, and all other aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
The cost for all 10 sessions is $500, and we make a point to over deliver on the value of those sessions. You’ll walk away with a copy of all the new movements and concepts you learned alongside a set of resources to help you excel at CrossFit Undeniable!
