Through our fundamentals program, we provide those new to CrossFit with a comprehensive step-by-step approach to all of the necessary functional movements, gradually introduce CrossFit workouts, and teach how to properly eat and recover for maximum fitness gains.
After completing the program, new members are eligible to join all of our membership options. If you haven’t done CrossFit before (or you’ve taken a bit of time off), our fundamentals program is the best way to get started!
Group fundamentals course
We run a group fundamentals course on Tuesday and Thursday at 7AM Or 7:30PM and Saturday at 10AM. The course runs for two weeks (six classes in total). Over that time, you’ll master basic CrossFit movements and leave prepared to join our traditional group courses. The cost is $150 for all six classes.
Private fundamentals course
We’ll schedule six private sessions with you to introduce you to CrossFit and learn more about what you’re looking to accomplish. The cost for all six sessions is $200.
