Group classes are at the heart of what we do at CrossFit Undeniable. It’s hard to beat the energy and enthusiasm of a group class with 10 people cheering you on as you finish a workout! We offer two types of group classes – our traditional 60-minute CrossFit classes and our 30-minute Sprint class.
If you’re brand new to CrossFit or are just starting your fitness journey, we recommend starting with our Sprint classes. You’ll get in a great workout and begin learning CrossFit movements with just 30 minutes a day.
If you’re familiar with CrossFit and/or you workout regularly, you can jump right into our 60-minute class.

CrossFit – 60 minute class
Our CrossFit classes last 60 minutes and hit on every dimension of fitness including strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, power, and more. You’ll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, boxes, pull-up bars, and more to get in a great workout. We program all of our workouts so that they are scaled to any level of fitness, ensuring they are challenging and rewarding yet still manageable for every one of our members.
Classes are always coach-led, and you can expect to get individual feedback during each session. A typical CrossFit class could look like this:
- 10 min: Warm-up
- 5 min: Skill practice
- 15 min: Strength work
- 25 min: Metcon
- 5 min: Cool-down
Sprint – 30 minute class
Our Sprint class is a 30-minute class designed to give you a great workout in a shorter amount of time. It is not a watered down version of our 60-minute class. It’s an entirely separate workout. Think lighter weights, more reps, less time spent on technical coaching. Expect to be moving the entire time (hey, it’s only 30 minutes right?). A typical Sprint class might look like this:
- 5 min: Warm-up
- 5-7 min: Skill/Strength
- 10-15 min: Metcon
- 3-5 min: Cool-down
