CrossFit classes are at the heart of what we do at CrossFit Undeniable. It’s hard to beat the energy and enthusiasm of a group class with 10 people cheering you on as you finish a workout!
Our CrossFit classes last 60 minutes and hit on every dimension of fitness including strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, power, and more. You’ll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, wall balls, boxes, pull-up bars, and more to get in a great workout. We program all of our workouts so that they are scaled to any level of fitness, ensuring they are challenging and rewarding yet still manageable for every one of our members.
Classes are always coach-led, and you can expect to get individual feedback during each session. A typical CrossFit class could look like this:
- 10 min: Warm-up
- 5 min: Skill practice
- 15 min: Strength work
- 25 min: Metcon
- 5 min: Cool-down
