- We require a 30-day notice for all cancellations. For example, if it’s April 15th and you’re looking to cancel, we’ll still charge you on May 1st, but you won’t be billed moving forward.
- If you’re upgrading your membership, we require you to stay at that membership for at least six months. Meaning, you can’t upgrade to Athlete Plus for June and July but return to Unlimited in August. We ask that you stay at a membership level for six months prior to dropping down or increasing.
