OUR classes


Our CrossFit classes are an hour long and hit on every dimension of fitness including strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, power, coordination and more. You’ll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, boxes, pull-up bars, and more to get in a great workout. We program all of our workouts so that they are scalable to anyone’s level of fitness, ensuring they are challenging and rewarding yet still manageable for every one of our members. Our classes are always coach-led, and you can expect to get individual feedback during each session.

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids program combines many of the same fundamental movements we teach in our traditional CrossFit classes with a fun, playful environment. Our goal is to teach our kids healthy and safe movement patterns with a series of games and workouts.

Sweat (Bootcamp)

Sweat is our high intensity class that consists of similar movements to our CrossFit classes with the exception of a barbell and high level gymnastics. This is a class where your workouts will be more cardio based, with more bodyweight movements, while lifting lighter weights. Simple yet effective and you’re getting guaranteed to SWEAT!
