Our mission helps to form the underlying principles behind our approach to fitness. We start with the three pillars we feel are pivotal to your success.
Yes, CrossFit Undeniable is a gym, and we will get you moving. However, nutrition forms the base upon which we build every other aspect of your health. More often than not, the food you eat determines whether or not you accomplish your goals.
We start with the basic CrossFit nutrition approach:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
With that approach in mind, we help to educate our members on the basics behind food. What is a macronutrient? How do I read a nutrition label?
From there, we tailor that general approach towards the individual and help you build sustainable habits that make proper nutrition a piece of cake. We also focus on all of the other aspects around nutrition you don’t typically think of like stress, mindset, and much more.
The second pillar of our approach is movement. We employ the CrossFit methodology of “constantly varied high-intensity functional movement.” This means that you’ll eventually be doing pull-ups, squats, push-ups, barbell moves, box jumps, and much more.
We’re committed to your success over the long term so you’ll build those movements over time. Our coaches will work with you to find the appropriate progression that meets your fitness level today. Then, we’ll set up a plan to help you get where you want to go.

Nutrition and movement form the foundation of our approach, but there are dozens of other factors that play a part in your health including stress, sleep, relationships, and much more. We want to help with those too!
