Our 60-minute group classes form the core of our fitness offering at CrossFit Undeniable. With that being said, there’s immense benefit from working one-on-one with a coach.
If you’re new to fitness or just getting started with CrossFit, our coaches will work with you individually to master new movements, develop a strong base of strength, and build a strong cardiovascular foundation. You’ll then be prepared to join our group classes or continue to make progress working individually with a coach.
If you’re a veteran, working one-on-one with a coach can be the perfect way to bust out of a rut and finally get that first ring muscle-up or handstand push-up.
Personal training is built around you – your schedule, your goals, your obstacles. The goal is to meet you where you are currently and help you get to where you want to go.
5 sessions

Work with one of our coaches for 5 hour-long sessions focused around your specific goals. Sessions expire six months from date of purchase.
10 sessions
$700
Work with one of our coaches for 10 hour-long sessions focused around your specific goals. Sessions expire six months from date of purchase.
If you just want to spend some extra time working on a specific skill (master that handstand, improve your Olympic Lifting, etc), we offer one-off 30-minute skill sessions for $30.
50Nutrition Coaching
$150
Work one-on-one with one of our nutrition coaches to build out an individualized program for you. They’ll monitor your progress and be available for any questions. Three-month minimum commitment required.
