We take great pride in the quality of our coaching staff at CrossFit Undeniable. Many have been coaching with us for three years or more, and they’re each invested in the success of every single member.
Zach Wilson opened CrossFit Undeniable in 2012 after spending time coaching in California, New Zealand, and military bases in Afghanistan in the Marine Corps.
He has an innate ability to connect with people to bring out their true potential whether pushing themselves in the box or personal aspirations outside of the gym.
Kyle has been training and competing in CrossFit since early 2012 and began coaching at CrossFit Undeniable in October of 2013.
He’s achieved his goal of becoming a firefighter so he can continue to give back to people in his community.
Todd and his wife, Heather, came across CrossFit Undeniable back in 2014. He loved it so much he obtained his L1 and began coaching soon after!
When not coaching, Todd is a teacher at a local middle school helping to mold the young minds of the next generation.
Rebecca (aka Becks) found CrossFit in November 2013, where her first workout was Fran. Oddly enough, she decided that was fun, and she should come back again the next day! She can confidently say CrossFit has changed her life in every way imaginable.
Since then, she’s completed her L1 and L2 amidst other certs including Precision Nutrition. She heads up our nutrition coaching program alongside coaching classes.
Coach/CrossFit Kids Coach
Heather was first introduced to Crossfit in 2015 through her now husband David. While she can’t remember her first workout, she does vividly remember her first Hero WOD (Badger). That day boasted below freezing conditions, which she braved in shorts with the wind in her face. It was GREAT!
As a coach, she want to improve the lives of average people. She truly enjoys being present with members watching them reach what they thought was unattainable, and becoming the best versions of themselves.
Zane was an athlete at CrossFit Undeniable for seven years before beginning to coach in 2020. He stayed with CFU for so long due to the amazing community, and he’s excited to help that community as a coach now.
He’s currently a graduate student at CU Boulder. When he’s not coaching or studying, you’ll find him camping and hiking in the mountains.
Ryan found CrossFit in 2014 after finishing his collegiate tennis career. He immediately fell in love with the community and atmosphere.
In 2020, he moved to Colorado from Mississippi with his wife, Lizzy, and found a welcoming community in CrossFit Undeniable.
His favorite part about coaching is watching an athlete conquer something that they’ve struggled with, whether it’s a specific movement, personal goal, or inner battle. There’s nothing better than that!
You might not see them coaching classes regularly, but they help to keep the lights on and work on a bunch of items behind the scenes!
Member Services Coordinator
Lisa is a member at CrossFit Undeniable. She’s been with us since darn near the start in fact! You’ll frequently see her at the 5AM class to kick off the day.
Lisa is instrumental in the member experience at CrossFit Undeniable. If you have any questions whatsoever, she probably knows the answer. She also handles all new member inquiries making sure our new athletes feel welcomed into the community. We couldn’t do this without her!
