Our Teen Strength and Conditioning program is geared towards helping kids between 6th and 12th grade build strength, coordination, agility, and speed, improving their performance both on and off the field.
The program utilizes many of the same concepts and movements you’ll see during our traditional CrossFit classes. Our young athletes will learn the ins and outs of the deadlift, front squat, etc. They’ll also perfect technique on Olympic lifts like the clean and snatch. We also incorporate sports-specific training like speed ladders and shuttle drills design to improve explosiveness and agility.
The class runs Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30PM to 6:15PM. We’ll have a Sprint class going on at 5:30PM so parents are welcome to wait for their kids or join the Sprint class and get in their own workout!
