Our CrossFit Teens program is geared towards helping kids between ages 12-18 years old build strength and cardiovascular endurance along with developing proper lifting technique.
The program utilizes many of the same concepts and movements you’ll see during our traditional CrossFit classes. Our young athletes will learn the ins and outs of the deadlift, front squat, pull-up, etc. We emphasize proper form and building strength slowly over time. Our goal is to teach our Teens how to move properly and take care of their bodies.
The class runs Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30PM to 4:15PM starting Tuesday, June 18th.
